Overview
The Black Sea - Med route is a key channel for crude and product exports not only Russia, but from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan as well. Black and Azov Sea terminals serve as an important hub for a large part of these flows, which to a substantial extent shapes the Mediterranean markets, and a starting point for arbitrage contracts supplying North America and China.
